Über unser Graduateprogramm:

Unser Graduateprogramm ist global angelegt - wo auch immer du arbeitest, profitierst du von der gleichen hervorragenden Ausbildung, Entwicklung und Unterstützung. Die Struktur unseres Programms sieht drei Rotationen zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und Standorten vor, die dich in vielerlei Hinsicht herausfordern und dir die Möglichkeit geben, dein Selbstvertrauen, dein Fachwissen und deine Erfahrung zu stärken und zu erweitern. Deine erste Rotation startet am Standort Mönchengladbach.

Das dreijährige Entwicklungsprogramm bietet ein erstklassiges Lernangebot, das Online-Lernen mit Präsenzunterricht und Training am Arbeitsplatz kombiniert und dir die Möglichkeit gibt, die verhaltensbezogenen und technischen Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, die du für eine erfolgreiche Karriere brauchst. Darüber hinaus wird dir ein Buddy und Mentor zur Seite gestellt, der dir hilft, dich im Unternehmen zurechtzufinden, deine Entwicklung zu lenken und zu lernen, was es braucht, um erfolgreich zu sein.

Was dich als Graduate bei uns erwartet:

  • Teilnahme am Graduate Programm für Nachwuchskräfte im Schmierstoff- und Kraftstoffbereich
  • Mitarbeit an der Forschung und Entwicklung von Schmierstoffen und Kraftstoffen, um Zukunftsentwicklungen anzustoßen und um die zukünftigen Anforderungen an eine nachhaltige Mobilität zu erfüllen
  • Mitgestaltung von spannenden Projekten zur langfristigen Vorbereitung auf herausfordernde Führungspositionen.
  • Hervorragende Entwicklungsperspektiven und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich Elektromobilität, z.B. bei der Entwicklung von EV Fluids, Ladesäulentechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik
  • Mitwirkung an der Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, z.B. bei Schmierstoffen im Bereich Windenergie-Schmierstoffe oder CO2 reduzierten EV Fluids
  • Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team und in einem hochmodernen, innovativen und kreativen Umfeld

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie, der Verfahrenstechnik, des Maschinenbaus oder der Elektrotechnik
  • Maximal zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung seit Abschluss der Hochschulausbildung
  • Fachkenntnisse über flüssige Energieträger (Mineralölprodukte, alternative Schmier- und Kraftstoffe) oder Fahrzeugtechnik und Antriebskonzepte
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Elektromobilität
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement aus Studium oder Praktika
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit mit ausgeprägtem Leistungswillen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft
  • Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten. Du übernimmst gerne die Führung und Verantwortung und stehst auch Einsätzen an anderen BP-Standorten (auch im Ausland) aufgeschlossen gegenüber
  • Sehr gute bis gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in den Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch (B2)
