**Teambeschreibung und Rollendetails**

Das Global Procurement (GP) Training Hub Team, Teil des Bereichs Procurement Operations Berlin, führt regelmäßige InfoSessions für alle Themen rund um Guided Buying/dbBuyer durch. Neben dem allgemeinen Handling des Systems werden auch spezifische Steuerthemen (-37b EStG, -50a EStG) den Zuhörenden nähergebracht. Weiterhin ist das Team für ein einheitliches Auftreten der GP Landing Page verantwortlich und ist bei der Einführung neuer Technologien in Guided Buying/dbBuyer beteiligt.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Durchführung von InfoSessions hinsichtlich der Funktionalitäten und Prozesse in Guided Buying/dbBuyer
- Unterstützung bei der Erweiterung des Schulungsthemas sowie Durchführung von InfoSessions für weitere Regionen und Tochtergesellschaften der Bank
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Anpassung der Global Procurement Landing Page im Hinblick auf Trainingsunterlagen, weiteres Informationsmaterial sowie Implementierung eines einheitlichen "Look & Feels", in Absprache mit den Regional Ops-Leads
- Aufbereitung Informationsmaterial und Training-Sessions im Zuge der Einführung neuer Technologien in Bezug auf Guided Buying/dbBuyer (einheitlich für alle Regionen)
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien mittels Teilnahme an UATs (User Acceptance Testing) und ggf. Konzeption und Umsetzung entsprechender Folgetrainings

**Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen**
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie Erfahrungen mit dbBuyer/ARIBA von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (schriftlich wie mündlich)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Beherrschung weiterer Sprachen von Vorteil (bspw. Italienisch, Spanisch)
- Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten, um mehrere unterschiedliche Aufgaben innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Zeitraums erfolgreich abzuschließen
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und Einsatzbereitschaft

The GP Training Hub team, part of Procurement Operations Berlin, holds regular InfoSessions on all topics related to Guided Buying/dbBuyer. In addition to the general handling of the system, specific German tax topics (-37b EStG, -50a EStG) are also explained to the audience. Furthermore, the team is responsible for a consistent appearance of the GP landing page and is involved in the introduction of new technologies in Guided Buying/dbBuyer.

**Ke **y responsibilities**
- Conduct InfoSessions regarding functionalities and processes in Guided Buying/dbBuyer
- Support the expansion of the training topic as well as conduct InfoSessions for additional regions and subsidiaries of the bank
- Regular review and adaptation of the Global Procurement landing page in terms of training materials, other informational materials, and implementation of a consistent look and feel, in consultation with Regional Ops leads
- Preparation of information material and training sessions during the introduction of new technologies with regard to Guided Buying/dbBuyer (uniform for all regions)
- Supporting the introduction of new technologies by participating in UATs (User Acceptance Testing) and, if necessary, designing and implementing appropriate follow-up training sessions

**Skills and experiences**
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office as well as experience with dbBuyer/ARIBA is an advantage
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Very good German and English skills as well as proficiency in other languages would be an advantage (i.e. Italian, Spanish)
- Good organizational skills to successfully complete several different tasks within a given time frame
- High ability to work in a team, stress resistance and commitment
