Your New Role:

  • As our new
    Head of KWS Germany (M/F/d) you will spearhead the development of an innovative seed company and its departments ie. sales/marketing/product management and customer service.
  • You will lead this exciting journey of restructuring and change into a customerdriven team. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who thrives in making things happen and wants to leave a lasting impact on a renowned brand.
  • This is a permanent, fulltime position.
  • Work from our HQ in Einbeck or at our Wohldebased KWS site.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and inspiring large, diverse teams, bringing out the best in each member and fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, driving the transformation of our sales department to new heights of success
  • Taking the lead in restructuring our sales department, maximizing synergies, and creating a dynamic, highperforming team
  • Promoting new ideas and initiatives to revolutionize our approach to sales, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market
  • Inspiring and empowering your team to embrace change and drive towards our shared vision, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Serving as a passionate ambassador for our iconic brand, representing KWS with pride and enthusiasm

Your Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (other degrees such as a Master's degree, an MBA or comparable degrees are an asset)
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies, preferably in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Experience in leading big, diverse teams and in restructuring or transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and market dynamics
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse target groups ranging from our sales managers to our top management
  • Energetic & resultdriven individual with a passion for driving change
  • Proactive solutionseeker and interested in continuous improvement
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of both German and English; additional language skills are an asset
