Ihr Beitrag
- Rechnungsprüfung, Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten mit dem Einkauf und Verbuchung der Rechnungen
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten; Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Skontonachforderungen
- Kreditmanagement inkl. Limitüberwachung, Kreditauskünfte, Bonitätsüberwachung und Auftrags
- und Lieferfreigaben; Bearbeitung der Kreditversicherung
- Buchung der Zahlungseingänge, Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen und Überwachung von Skontonachforderungen
- Erstellung Mahnläufe, Überwachung säumiger Kunden und Einleitung von Inkassoverfahren
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie bspw. ZM Meldungen, Erstellen von I/C Rechnungen und Auswertungen und Mitarbeit in Sonderprojekten
- Sonderprojekte und Prozessoptimierung (insbesondere Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse)

Ihre Stärken
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten in Finanzen/Bilanzbuchaltung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Rechnungsprüfung / Buchhaltung
- Gute Umsatzsteuerkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI und und den MS-Office Anwendungen
- Selbständige, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Zahlenaffinität und hohe Prozessorientierung
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
