**DEINE AUFGABEN IM BEREICH SERVICE INTEGRATION**:
Der Data Advisor ist Teil des Teams "Service Integration" und zuständig für die Erfassung/Änderung von lizenzfachlichen und kaufmännischen Daten in den Systemen beim Kunden (remote). Er stellt in seiner Rolle sicher, dass die Serviceleistungen des "Managed Services" erbracht werden können. Dazu recherchiert und bewertet er lizenzfachliche Dokumente und Inhalte, auch in englischer Sprache. Da es keine klassische Ausbildung für diesen speziellen Bereich gibt, findet eine sehr intensive Einarbeitung statt.

**Deine Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten im Einzelnen sind**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Erledigung der als "Managed Service" definierten Standardaufgaben im Rahmen von operativen Kundenbeauftragungen inkl. Dokumentation
- Recherche und Erfassung von Lizenzdaten und kaufmännische Datenerfassung
- Vorbereiten der Daten für Compliance-Berichte der Projektleiter
- Erkennen und Aufzeigen von Konsolidierungsmöglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung im Auftrag des Kunden
- Unterstützung des allgemeinen Tagesgeschäftes nach Qualifikation und Bedarf
- Sicherstellung von Backupfähigkeiten aller am Managed Service mitwirkenden Data Advisors/ Analysten
- Reporting an Head of Service Integration bzw. benannte leitende/ zuständige Mitarbeiter

**DAS BIETEST DU**:

- kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung
- idealerweise gute IT-Kenntnisse in Office 365
- Fähigkeit zur Einarbeitung in diverse Tools (Matrix42, Spider, USU, )
- Sorgfältiges, konzentriertes Arbeiten
- Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit, gleichzeitig aber auch die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Teilzeit ist möglich (5-Tage-Woche)
