Unser UX Design Team ist für die Nutzerzentrierung in der Entwicklung von Flaconi's Shoppingtouchpoints verantwortlich. Das Team besteht aktuell aus sieben Designern und zwei Researchern. Du wirst darüber hinaus Teil eines cross-funktionalen, agilen Produktteams sein. In unserem Team wirst du sowohl die Freiheit haben, deinen eigenen Weg zu gehen und Dinge zu entdecken, als auch den Support bekommen, um zu wachsen.

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:

- Du wirst Teil eines cross-funktionalen Produktteams sein und die UX Verantwortung für den Check-Out-Flow unseres Webshops übernehmen
- Du begleitest die agile Umsetzung von Konzepten als Schnittstelle zur technischen Entwicklung mit enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktmanagern, Researchern und Engineers
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den kompletten Design Prozess, von der Discovery über Low-/High-Fidelity-Prototypen bis zur Livestellung
- Durch Datenanalyse generierst du wichtige Einblicke in Usability Probleme unseres Shops und entwickelst entsprechende Lösungsansätze
- Du versetzt dich in die Perspektive unserer Nutzer*innen und kreierst ein Erlebnis, das über eine Standard eCommerce User Experience hinausgeht
- Du erstellst User Journey Flows, Personas, Wireframes, Prototypen und nutzt unser Design System, um von Anfang bis Ende hochwertige und besondere Interaktionskonzepte zu bauen
- Mit detaillierten Nutzungsszenarien, Informationsarchitektur
- und Navigations-Konzepten sowie Leitbildern für verschiedene Funktionen / Jobs-to-be-done unserer Nutzer*innen, sorgst du für eine außergewöhnliche User Experience

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der End-to-End Entwicklung von digitalen Produkten im Bereich Web und native Apps
- Durch deine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich User Experience Design bringst du fundierte theoretische und praktische Erfahrung im Interaction-Design, Informationsdesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder Grafikdesign mit
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und bringst sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten als auch Erfahrung mit den gängigen Tools (wie Figma) und Methoden mit, um Ideen und Konzepte überzeugend und greifbar zu vermitteln
- Strukturiertes Denken, proaktives Handeln, Flexibilität und Detailorientiertheit sind die Grundsteine deiner Arbeitsweise
- Außerdem verfügst du über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch und liebst die Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team
