We are looking for

you, as Director of Sales & Marketing (M/F/d)

Your role in our team:
As Director of Sales & Marketing you are the leader of the property's sales & marketing department for both Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel and Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center, a Dual Brand hotel with 1,012 guest rooms & suites with 58 meeting rooms, 2 Club lounges and a variety of restaurants and bars

You manage the property's reactive and proactive sales team, the reservation team, as well as marketing and communications; approximately 25 direct employees report to youYou provide day to day leadership to the respective team associates to achieve property objectives with overall responsibility for achieving goals and property revenuesYou develop sales goals and strategies and verify alignment with the brand business strategyYou evaluate the property's participation in the various sales channels and develop strong working relationships to proactively position and market the dual brand propertyYou manage the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectivesAs Director of Sales & Marketing you report directly to the General Manager and you are part of the Executive Committees

What we expect:
Completed degree in hotel management, business administration or marketingMin. 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in Sales & MarketingDemonstrated skills in managing and leading a teamVery good knowledge of MS Office programsYou are goaland success-oriented, have a pronounced strength in relationship management and are an excellent organizational talentAs a coach of a committed and motivated team, you have the gift to encourage and challenge peopleYou are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)Your communicative personality, positive charisma and excellent, professional appearance distinguish you from your competitors
