Vieles spricht für Ihren Wechsel zu Encavis - doch Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung spricht für Sie. Was Sie bei uns erwartet? Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem Team, in dem Sie schnell eine Schlüsselrolle bei der buchhalterischen Betreuung unserer konzerneigenen Park-Gesellschaften (Kapital
- und Personengesellschaften) im In
- und Ausland übernehmen und dabei die Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse stets im Blick behalten - im engen Austausch mit anderen Fachbereichen.
Ihre sonnigen Aussichten:
- Laufende Betreuung der Buchhalter*innen der konzerneigenen Park-Gesellschaften im europäischen Ausland durch Prüfung und Analyse der Buchhaltung und anschließender Problemlösung sowie Support der Buchhalter*innen
- Unterstützung bei der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie bei der Erstellung von Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Intercompany-Abstimmungen und Pflege von Spiegelinformationen für Park-Gesellschaften im europäischen Ausland
- Betreuung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten wie z. B. Unterstützung bei der Anbindung der externen Buchhalter*innen an die Buchhaltungslandschaft des Encavis-Konzerns
- Projektarbeit zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen und Abläufen im internationalen Encavis-Konzern (Effizienzsteigerung und Digitalisierung)
- Projektarbeit zur kontinuierlichen Unterstützung der Optimierung der buchhalterischen Encavis-IT-Landschaft (Automatisierung)
Davon bekommen wir bald Wind:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten, Steuerfachwirt*in, Finanzbuchhalter*in, Bilanzbuchhalter*in und/oder Local GAAP-Experten/in im europäischen Ausland
- Dienstleistungsorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten
- Aktives Schnittstellenmanagement sowie Bereitschaft, eng vernetzt mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen zu arbeiten und Neues zu lernen
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im buchhalterischen Bereich von Kapital
- und Personengesellschaften im europäischen Ausland
- Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise auch eine oder mehrere weitere Fremdsprachen
- Teamplayer, Organisationstalent, kommunikativ, flexibel, offen und belastbar
