IT Solution Architect in Manufacturing Execution (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Manufacturing Execution System (MES) mit Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Lösung
  • Analyse der Anforderungen und Erstellung von technischen Konzepten für die Implementierung von MES-Lösungen
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices und aktuellen Technologien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Dienstleistern und Partnern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Mitarbeiter im Bereich Manufacturing Execution und IT

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung und Architektur im Umfeld Manufacturing Execution, idealerweise in der Industrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von MES-Lösungen sowie in der Gestaltung von IT-Architekturen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Reaktivitäten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Risikobewusstsein
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
