Hey Wir sind EDEKA IT, der IT-Experte des EDEKA-Verbunds. Wir entwickeln, implementieren und begleiten die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse der EDEKA über alle Handelsebenen. Für unseren Standort Hamburg suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen AI Engineer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Innovative Projekte und Services.

Deine Aufgaben

Du verstärkst unser Team mit deiner umfangreichen Erfahrung in der Realisierung von KI-Projekten – nicht nur, aber insbesondere auch mit generativer KI Zusammen mit interdisziplinären Projektteams entwickelst Du passende KI-Lösungen auf Basis von fachlich-prozessualen Anforderungen und technischen Spezifikationen. In die jeweiligen Fachprozesse arbeitest Du Dich schnell ein, verschaffst Dir selbstständig den Überblick und verknüpfst die verschiedenen Themen miteinander Du liebst es, tief in konkrete Projekte einzutauchen und dort mit deinen Erfahrungen entscheidende Unterstützung zu liefern. Dabei nutzt du neben Deinen theoretischen Kenntnissen vor allem auch Deine Hands-on Erfahrungen mit AI-Tools und AI-Verfahren, die Du bei uns aktiv einsetzen und ausbauen kannst Dich reizt der Aufbau einer KI Community, in der Du eine herausragende Rolle spielen willst. Du bereicherst die KI Community mit neuen Impulsen und bringst Dich so aktiv ein beim Aufbau und dem Teilen von Know-How Nicht nur die Entwicklungen von KI-Produkten begeistert dich – auch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Lösungen im Betrieb reizt Dich. So übernimmst du Verantwortung sowohl in der Entwicklung als auch für den Betrieb unserer KI-Anwendungen Du hilfst bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von Innovationen im KI-Bereich für den Lebensmitteleinzel- und Großhandel im EDEKA-Verbund

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Wirtschafts- und IT-Fokus oder vergleichbare Erfahrung. Mehrere Jahre fundierte Berufspraxis in einem IT-Unternehmen, Start-up, oder Beratungsumfeld mit Schwerpunkt in der Entwicklung von KI-Software Fundiertes technisches Wissen zu Grundlagen ebenso wie zu aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen der KI – insbesondere auch generative KI Expertise im Umgang mit Python und SQL sowie Data Science und Machine-Learning Werkzeugen. Tiefgehende Hands-on-Erfahrung mit den KI-Baukästen großer Cloud-Anbieter Erlebte Erfahrungen mit agiler Produkt- / Software-Entwicklung sowie relevanten Konzepten wie insbesondere IaC, CI/CD, Git, ... Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit sowie ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
