What tasks you can expect:

  • Financial accounting for our company incl. subsidiaries and participations
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Preparation of the accounting and compilation of the documents for the annual financial statements
  • Clarification of queries regarding the annual financial statements with the tax advisor
  • Incorporation of the closing entries after preparation of the balance sheet
  • Dunning
  • Disposition in payment transactions
  • Advance VAT returns and recapitulative statements monthly or quarterly
  • Accompanying tax audits by the tax authorities

  • Completed training as a tax clerk or commercial training
  • Several years of experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
  • Accurate and structured work

  • Ability to organise oneself
  • Good knowledge of German and English
