**Freue dich auf spannende Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Koordination, Durchführung und Überwachung von Forschungsprojekten und klinischen Studien der Medizinischen Abteilung, in Übereinstimmung mit den Zeit
- und Budgetvorgaben des medizinischen Fachbereichs.
- Sicherstellung, dass nichtinterventionelle Studien (NIS) gemäß den rechtlichen Vorgaben, zutreffenden Richtlinien, lokalen Empfehlungen (BfArM / PEI und VFA) und den internen Qualitätsstandards von AbbVie durchgeführt werden.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen medizinischen Fachbereichen und anderen Abteilungen, um mit operativer Unterstützung die Generierung von Evidenz umzusetzen (z.B. durch die Registrierung von NIS in einem öffentlich zugänglichen Studienregister).
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anbietern und Forschungspartnern.
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination von lokalen Aktivitäten, die im Rahmen der Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) von AbbVie erforderlich sind, um Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) zu unterstützen.
**Qualifikationen** Wir freuen uns auf Dich, wenn Du**
- über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im medizinischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich verfügst, idealerweise mit Promotion
- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, einer CRO (Contract Research Organization) oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich hast
- idealerweise Kenntnisse von ICH- (International Council for Harmonisation), GCP (Good Clinical Practice)-Richtlinien und den für nichtinterventionelle Studien zutreffenden lokalen rechtliche Vorgaben und Guidelines mitbringst und Kenntnis des

deutschen Gesundheitssystems und der EU CTR (europäische Verordnung über klinische Prüfungen) hast
- über eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise verfügst und dich eine nachgewiesene Stärke im Bereich Projektmanagement auszeichnet
- über hohe Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität verfügst
- routiniert mit MS Office Programmen umgehst
- verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse hast
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanksystemen und sichere Präsentationsfähigkeiten mitbringst
