Your Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the development and design phases of NVH components while considering customer requirements and internal guidelines
• Deliver the best robust design that meets all customer specifications
• Lead tasks arising during construction - from tendering to design freeze - and manage CAD and FEA activities
• Conduct regular design reviews to validate results and ensure design quality compliance with all standards
• Collaborate closely with application teams, suppliers, and plants to ensure top-notch solutions

Your Profile:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
• Have experience in NVH solutions development and proficiency in CAD (Catia or NX) and FEA software for design creation and validation
• Translate mechanical problems into suitable designs through analytical skills and creativity
• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, from management to technical professionals
• Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and enhance skills with the latest technology
• Team player with high commitment, capable of effective communication in your native language and in English
