Administrator at logit.syncreon in
Elsenfeld, you act as a commercial link and are responsible for being the first contact person in the areas of purchasing, administration and HR.

• Superior contact person for customers and employees in the area of purchasing and reporting
• Contact person for employees in personnelrelated matters
• Maintenance of the time recording system
• Coordination of temporary employment at the site
• Cooperation with the works council on site
• Support & coordination of recruitment measures including applicant management
• Creation and regular maintenance of reports from various departments
• Administrative control of purchasing incl. budget monitoring & preparation of statistics
• Creation, maintenance and control of minimum stock levels incl. processing and handling of orders for the site
• Service provider and vendor (VMI) management & support for local projects
• Documentation of all customer requirements and change requests with commercial impact
• Assist with budget planning, monthend close and yearend close
• Responsibility for compliance, revision and optimization of procedures and processes within the department

• You have a commercial education with three to five years of professional experience or a successfully completed university degree with close relation to the field of responsibility
• You have business fluent English skills
• You have strong analytical skills
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, planning and organizational skills and your structured, independent way of working characterizes you
• You have a dynamic, goaloriented and teamoriented personality with good communication skills and are able to work under pressure
