Your tasks

  • Developing new projects for internal and client-facing applications
  • Maintaining and improving existing web solutions
  • Closely working together with other departments to concept and develop new features
  • Implement your own solutions to further improve scalability and the performance of our projects
  • Taking responsibility for IT security aspects, documentation and testing

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in computer science, engineering or in another relevant field
  • You have great expertise in developing and testing ASP .Net Core (.NET 6+) Solutions
  • Familiar with using frontend frameworks like Angular with Typescript, HTML, CSS
  • Familiar with different concepts for relational and NoSQL databases
  • Basic understanding of a broad set of web technologies (e.g. REST, HTTP Requests)
  • You are always trying to optimize and improve existing solutions
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in English (German is nice-to-have but not a requirement)

We don't expect you to fit of all these requirements perfectly. We are a start-up and in a constant learning process, so feel free to convince us of your other talents and complementary skills.

About Us

The average waiting time for psychotherapy in Germany is 5-6 months and only a fraction of those affected have access to effective treatment at all. We want to counteract this. Our goal at Sympatient is to bring even more mental illness patients into good care and offer them the best possible therapy. To achieve this, we combine digital care with analog therapy and thus combine the best of both worlds.

So far, we have launched two products: Our Invirto therapy ) is the world's first digital anxiety therapy that brings the standard of treatment to patients' homes and is fully reimbursed by all public health insurance companies in Germany. Our Beavivo platform ) draws on a Germany-wide network of therapists, which means that therapy for various disorders and concerns can be started within a week.
