What you can look forward to- As a Test Automation Engineer you are responsible for the design and implementation of automated test scripts for software applications to improve the efficiency and repeatability of tests
- With your expertise, you contribute to the development and maintenance of test frameworks and infrastructures to support test automation and ensure scalability
- You design automated test cases based on requirements and specifications and drive the continuous development and optimization of test scripts
- You are responsible for executing automated tests, monitoring test runs and analyzing the results
- You are in close contact with the development team when identifying errors
- You oversee the maintenance and updating of automated test scripts according to changes in the software application
- You work closely with developers, test managers and other team members to ensure effective test automation in the development process
- A degree in computer science and several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in (agile) software development for web/app applications
- You have experience in programming, preferably in scripting languages such as Python, Java and JavaScript
- You have demonstrable experience in the use of test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Robot Framework or similar
- You are familiar with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes and their integration into the test cycle
- Understanding of test methods and a high level of analytical thinking
- You have an independent way of working and the motivation to proactively find solutions to challenges in test automation
- Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills make you a real team player
- Flexible working: For us, flexible working means adapting your working hours to your circumstances. We do not have core or minimum working hours. Instead, you complete your workload within a defined working time frame - adapted to local requirements if necessary. Thanks to mobile working, under certain conditions you can even work up to half of your monthly working hours from home or on the road.

- Results-oriented remuneration: In addition to your twelve monthly salaries, you will receive two collectively agreed special payments each year. And to make performance worthwhile, you will participate in a performance and results-oriented remuneration scheme, with the opportunity to receive more than one additional month's salary. Your many years of loyalty to the company will also pay off: you will receive an anniversary payment, staggered according to your length of service.
