We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will advise, support and assist managers and employees from our Sales and Operations department.
What is the role about?
- Take on the role of HR Business Partner for our Sales and Operations departments
- Be the first point of contact for all HR relevant topics for your area and work in direct cooperation with the team management
- Take part in formal employee talks and provide an open ear as well as feedback and guidance
- Advise, support and assist managers and employees with regard to all personnelrelated and labor law enquiries
- Accompaniment and takeover of HR projects
What will you need to be successful?
- You have successfully completed a degree in psychology, human resources, business or comparable training and have about 3 to 4 years of work experience in the field of human resources
- You are a good listener and an empathetic personality, and have a strong team spirit
- You have a natural strength in communicating with colleagues, leaders, internal and external stakeholders
- You have a good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice.
- You speak fluent German and have a very good command of English
- And last but not least, you have a love for travel
