At Infineon, we take pride in maintaining our in-house circuit simulator as a top-notch tool. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your software development expertise across various applications. You'll play a key role in the development, implementation, and support of our tool, all while influencing Infineon's global designers' simulation methodology.
- Develop and enhance the in-house circuit simulator
- Constantly optimize the simulator for maximum performance and maintainability
- Refactor and improve existing software modules
- Provide tool support and technical documentation
- Engage in EU-funded projects relevant to Infineon's internal simulation communities
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
- Several years of experience in simulation software or EDA development
- Proficient in C++/C programming in LINUX and Windows environments
- Knowledge of SystemC programming and co-simulation environments
- Understanding of numerical methods, data structures, and memory optimization
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SPICE simulators or simulation frameworks
- Strong English communication skills; German proficiency is an advantage
