Head of IT Infrastructure (m/w/d)Bei uns übernimmst Du Verantwortung für:- Entwicklung und Implementierung einer zukunftsorientierten IT-Infrastrukturstrategie, die mit den Geschäftsanforderungen im Einklang steht
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines hochqualifizierten IT-Infrastrukturteams
- Planung und Durchführung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten, einschließlich der Einführung neuer Technologien und Systeme
- Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
- Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den IT-Infrastrukturbereich
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und leistungsfähigen Netzwerks sowie der zugehörigen Systeme
- Weiterentwicklung der Client-Landschaft, Mobile Plattformen und M365 Umgebung
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des RZ Betriebes und aller zugehörigen Systems
- Koordination und Konsolidierung des Datenbankbetriebes
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die IT-Infrastruktur die Geschäftsziele unterstützt
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Server- und Speichersystemen, Client Systemensowie IT-Sicherheitslösungen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Starke Problemlösungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Relevante Zertifizierungen wie ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft oder ähnliche sind von Vorteil
