Dann sollten wir ins Gespräch kommen In Ihrer Funktion als neuer Sales & Market Development Manager (w/m/d) in einem 2022 gegründeten Start-up innerhalb eines weltweit bekannten und aufgestellten Konzerns treiben Sie den Eintritt in neue Märkte für Ihr Produktsegment im Bereich "Food Services" voran. Ihr Portfolio, pflanzenbasierte Fleisch-Ersatzprodukte, zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Geschmacksneutralität und einen sehr guten Nutri-Score aus und sind somit einzigartig.

In Ihrem Aufgabenbereich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sehr selbständig und mit einem großen Gestaltungsspielraum zu agieren; hierbei werden Sie eng mit Ihren Kolleg*innen weltweit zusammenarbeiten.
Im Einzelnen zeichnen Sie verantwortlich für:
- Identifizierung und Akquise potenzieller Kunden aus der Food Service-Branche, zunächst auf dem deutschen Markt
- Etablierung der neuen Marke in Deutschland
- Verfolgung und Umsetzung der jährlichen Verkaufsstrategie sowie der festgelegten Umsatzziele
- Identifikation von Trends, Wirtschaftsindikatoren, Wettbewerbern und relevanten Marktinformationen
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerkes im Bereich "Food Services" und aktives Networking
- Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung des Jahresbudgets und der strategischen Planung
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Fokus im Lebensmittelbereich (Lebensmitteltechnologie, Chemie, Biochemie)
- Mehrjährige branchenspezifische Vertriebserfahrung und ein gutes Netzwerk im Bereich Food Services / Restaurants
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und pro-aktive Vertriebspersönlichkeit
- Freude am Networking und Kundenkontakt
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Reisebereitschaft vorhanden
