**Job Zusammenfassung**:
Die Position des Servicetechniker im Innendienst umfasst folgende technische und administrative Aufgaben, die Wartung und Reparatur von ZOLL Medical Reanimationsprodukten, die Planung und Durchführung von Serviceprozessen.

**Wesentliche technische Aufgaben**:

- Fehlersuche und Reparatur von ZOLL-Geräten auf Platinen-Ebene und darunter
- Durchführen von regelmäßigen Wartungen an ZOLL Geräten
- Ausführen von STK / MTK's nach MDR / MPBetreibV.
- Durchführen von Eingangs
- und Ausgangsqualitätskontrollen
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Aufgaben termingerecht erledigt werden, Minimierung der Gesamt-TAT (Durchlaufzeiten)
- Genaue Dokumentation von Fehlerfeststellungen, Erstellen von detaillierten Serviceberichten
- Nachverfolgung der Aktivitäten in der Datenbank des Complaint Management Systems
- Bearbeitung von eingehenden Kundenanrufen und -anfragen
- Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu Vertrieb, Kundendienst und Geschäftspartnern
- Verwaltung und Minimierung von Kundenreklamationen und Sicherstellung, dass diese zufriedenstellend abgeschlossen werden
- Praktischer Beitrag zum Tagesgeschäft der Abteilung
- Sicherstellen, dass alle gesetzlichen und behördlichen Anforderungen zeitnah erfüllt werden

**ErforderlicheAusbildung und Erfahrung**:

- Ausbildung als Techniker
- oder Ingenieurabschluss oder gleichwertige Erfahrung (Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik)
- Englischkenntnisse für die mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der lokalen Gesetze und Verordnungen für Medizinprodukte, Fokus auf MDR / MPBetreibV, EN 60601, EN 62353
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Sorgfalt
- IT-Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Produkten
- Führerschein Klasse B
