As Business Development Manager - Sales & Promotions you will be part of our Special Sales Team, responsible for all special sales & promotion activities in our Westwing Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for seasonal Promotions incl. the End-of Season Sale and the execution our Mega Sales events like Black Friday. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

manage projects during the execution phase of our Mega Sales events including Black Friday plan and execute seasonal sales events and promotions on Westwing Shop to bring excitement to our customers, increase the customer lifetime value as well as repeat purchases conduct a comprehensive analysis of past sales events to evaluate performance and streamline processes work closely with our Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Pricing teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach for our sales activities build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities ad come-up with your own ideas and innovative concepts

YOU COME WITH

2+ years of professional working experience with proven track record, preferably in eCommerce, Sales & Marketing or Consulting proven project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment excellent communication and interpersonal skills very strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data, combined with a pragmatic, "hands-on" attitude and a focus on results fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
