Deine Aufgaben: vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Konzepte und Lösungen zu allen Fragen der digitalen Aus- und Weiterbildung in der GEERS Akademie
- Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Umsetzung, Implementierung und Evaluation von Digital Learning Formaten, Tools und Templates und hebst unser Angebot mit zeitgemäßen Strukturen und Standards auf ein neues Level
- Du bist außerdem für unser LMS / LXP verantwortlich
- Du analysierst Daten zur Verbesserung der Lernerfahrungen und entwickelst unseren Digital Learning Standard kontinuierlich eigenständig weiter
- Du scannst aktuelle Lerntrends und entwickelst diese bei uns vom Piloten zum Standard weiter
- Du baust einen Pool an externen Dienstleistern auf und steuerst diese selbstständig
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Medienmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Psychologie oder Vergleichbares
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, Learning& Development oder Beratung gesammelt
- Du bist ein Konzeptionstalent mit Schwerpunkt Digital Learning
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Projektmanagementskills
- Du hast ein Gespür für attraktives Learning Design und UXP
- Deine positive Ausstrahlung und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung zeichnen dich aus
