**Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du führst ein Team von aktuell 5 Mitarbeitern und unterstützt jedes deiner Team-Mitglieder in der beruflichen sowie persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Du bist Experte und Ansprechperson für dein Team sowie für alle Rebiker (+100 Mitarbeitende), beispielsweise in den Bereichen On-/Offboarding, Recruiting, Beförderungen, Urlaub, Policies, Relocation, etc.
- Du führst regelmäßige Entwicklungs
- und Feedbackgespräche mit Mitarbeitenden und sorgst dafür, dass jeder gleiche Chancen und Möglichkeiten bei Rebike bekommt
- Du steuerst die interne Kommunikation über alle Rebike-Standorte und bist Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführung sowie des erweiterten Management Teams in strategischen Fragen des People & Culture-Bereichs
- Du verantwortest und entwickelst die Bereiche Organisation, Leadership-Development, Employer Branding und Company Culture weiter
- Du treibst diverse Wachstumsthemen federführend voran
- Als People & Culture-Experte lebst du am Puls der Zeit und kennst die Wichtigkeit dieser Position. Du reportest direkt an unseren CEO

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die durch deine relevanten Praxis-Erfahrungen ergänzt wird
- Du kannst 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalmanagement vorweisen, idealerweise in einem stark wachsenden (Startup-) Umfeld
- Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die sich gern immer weiterentwickelt und hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Leitung eines Teams sammeln können
- Nachweislich hast du bereits erfolgreiche Projekte im HR Management implementiert oder umgesetzt
- Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung und hast eine große Stärke darin, strukturierte und effiziente Prozesse auf
- und auszubauen
- Du kannst sowohl Arbeit delegieren als auch hands-on mit anpacken, um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben
- Du verfügst über perfekte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
