Liquidity

In Liquidity domain we are working every day to help our corporate clients run their business more smoothly. The clients that will be using and/or benefiting from results of your work as well-known multinational corporates (many of which you know and use their products). The products we provide to clients are sight deposits, overdrafts, intraday credit-facilities, term deposits and off-balance sheet investments. Those products help clients to make payments to their employees, suppliers, and achieve their cash management goals.

The IT Application Owner (ITAO) (f/m/x) is a critical IT role with overall accountability and ownership for an application/portfolio of applications. ITAO is an expert with an in-depth functional and technical knowledge of the app. The role's key responsibility is end-to-end application IT Governance in line with Bank's policies, procedures and standards with specific consideration for IT Management and Information Security policies.

In Summary, An ITAO (f/m/x) must take care of both Functional and Non-Functional requirement of his application.

Your key responsibilities
  • Lead Risk and compliance process for the application.
  • Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercise for the application. Coordinate continuous improvement of application DR design and capabilities.
  • Manage Internal and external application audits and Audit issue remediation activities.
  • Manage remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities such as Account recertification, remediation of Application configuration gaps, etc.
  • Manage application related Risk and Compliance Evaluation tasks and resolution of gaps in this area.
  • Manage any IT Security incidents that may occur in the application. Coordinate continuous improvement of application safety and security design and capabilities. Drive application compliance with internal and external security standards.
  • Plan and Manage Application events and Database Events monitoring using Bank wide standard monitoring tools.
  • Manage application capacity forecasting and monitoring.
  • Plan and manage Application user access related tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate application Hardware / Software / License upgrades, migration activities, compliance to organization's Technology Roadmap
Your skills and experiences
  • Desirable experience for many years in the IT industry
  • Several working experience years in a similar role or IT project management
  • Good understanding of the SDLC and current IT trends in managing Projects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across various levels of stakeholders.
  • Open minded and willing to learn business and technology.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple requirements.
  • Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders and also set expectation with clear milestones and target dates to achieve.
  • Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and in weak matrix organizations across geographic locations.
  • Project management skills is a must.
