Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
In einem kleinen, engagierten und interdisziplinären Fachteam entwickeln Sie Konzepte für eine inklusive Kirche, fördern die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf und gestalten Maßnahmen zu mehr Diversity.
✓ Entwicklung von Handreichungen und Materialien zu den Themen Inklusion und Gleichstellung
✓ Konzeption und Durchführung von Aus- und Fortbildungsangeboten für hauptberufliche und ehrenamtliche Mitarbeitende
✓ Beschwerdedokumentation und Fallbearbeitung nach dem Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG)
✓ Begleitung von Arbeitskreisen und Gremien
✓ Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (z.B. Veranstaltungen, Webseitenredaktion, Kampagnen o.ä.)
✓ Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Statistiken
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
✓ Einen Hochschulabschluss in einem der Bereiche Sozialwissenschaften, Pädagogik oder Diakonik, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Diversity Studies oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
✓ Eine grundsätzlich positive Haltung zu Vielfalt. Dazu gehört auch die Selbstverständlichkeit zur Verwendung gerechter und einfacher Sprache
✓ Methodenkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
✓ Kenntnisse in der Anwendung des Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes von Vorteil
✓ Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Content Management Systemen (CMS), vorzugsweise typo3
✓ Grundkenntnisse im Bereich digitaler Barrierefreiheit (WAVE, WCAG2.1, BITV2.0) oder Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
✓ Expertise in statistischen Methoden für Datenanalyse
✓ Kenntnisse der Strukturen der Evangelisch-Lutherischen Kirche in Bayern sind von Vorteil
