**Project Coordinator Events (gn)**

- Eigenständiges Projektmanagement verschiedenster Formate sowie die operative Projektorganisation
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der Korrespondenz mit Referent:innen, Teilnehmer:innen und Sponsoren sowie die Terminplanung mit Referent:innen
- Telefonische Referent:innen-, Kund:innen
- und Interessentenbetreuung
- Organisatorische Absprachen mit den Locations in der Vorbereitungsphase einer hybriden Veranstaltung
- Einrichtung, Planung und Koordination verschiedener Remote-Veranstaltungsplattformen und Streaming Lösungen
- Erstellung von technischen Anforderungen und Betreuung des audiovisuellen Equipments
- Organisatorische Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen, inklusive der Koordination der Dienstleister
- Auswertung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
- Planung, Überwachung und Pflege von Projektbudgets in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
**Damit überzeugst du uns**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Eventmanager oder zur/zum Veranstaltungskauffrau*mann und/oder mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Organisation von b2b-Events
