Product Lead for a New Project

For this new product, we are looking for an experienced business lead to build up the business unit and work closely with a product and tech lead to make it a success.
Responsibilities
- You work closely with our CEO, a dedicated business lead and a team of engineers to develop an entirely new product
- You take end to end ownership of this new product from Day 1 through MVP development to finding product market fit, and ultimately scaling up
- You think strategy and implementation. You dive into nitty gritty details to make good tactical decisions on how you build the product right now, as well as take the birds eye view to understand possible long term implications of your decisions
- You strive to deeply understand the current as well as arising needs of publishers in the gaming market especially in user acquisition, and use this understanding to build a product that will delight game publishers as well as players. In order to do so, you speak to users and game publishers regularly, and join our business lead and / or CEO on important industry events
- Together with your tech lead you set up processes that will find the right mix of speed and quality for building a new product from scratch to MVP and product market fit. You make sure that this process evolves to fit the different stages of the product life cycle
Requirements:
- You have 23 years experience in building products and have had end to end ownership of a product yourself
- You have 23 years experience building products in either mobile gaming or digital (mobile) advertising space
- You are a precise and goal oriented communicator and able to communicate strategically with external stakeholders such as customers & suppliers, as well as different internal teams including the executive team
- You have proven track record in product leadership, proactive facilitation of important product decisions, and leading your product and your team to success
- Detail oriented, highly analytical and data driven approach: you monitor KPIs and metrics daily. You know when to use data to make a decision and when not to
- You have experience with working in agile methodology, and can support a team in their productivity, as well as help with process improvement throughout different phases of the product lifecycle
- You have an interest in understanding your customers and end users, and building a product that delights end users and helps game publishers be successful
- You have a sound technical understanding that allows you to understand and predict the technical complexity of an idea and helps you work closely with engineers
