Job Description

For our upcoming projects, we are looking for a Junior Producer (m/f/d) to join our app development team. As part of our collaborative environment, you'll work closely with other Producers and project teams to ensure high-quality apps are efficiently developed and delivered on schedule. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth communication and planning to drive excellence throughout our app development process.

Your qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Producer position
  • Software engineering / Computer science background
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Scrum
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Knowledge using Jira/Confluence & Spreadsheets
  • Understanding of game development processes (using Unity engine a plus)
  • Passion to work on teams and solve variety of organizational issues
  • PMP / Scrum certifications a plus
  • Work with different AR/MR technologies and understanding of basic UX principles is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to help deliver projects with proper quality and on time
  • Close communication with the Project Managers, assisting in various management tasks
  • Create schedules, time plans, charts, and any documentation needed to keep the processes smooth
  • Anticipate and notify problems and risks on time
  • Organize and optimize the team workflow sticking to our work methodology (atm Scrum)
  • Aid with proper testing and reviewing of the apps to ensure quality is maintained
