IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung und fachliche Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung
- Übernahme des buchhalterischen Tagesgeschäfts im Bereich Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Rechnungen
- Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens
- Tägliches Buchen von Bankauszügen und Prüfen der Reisekosten
- Bearbeitung der Absetzungsschreiben und Prüfung der Zahlungsdifferenzen
- Abstimmung und weitere vorbereitende Monats
- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Regelmäßige Auswertungen und Analysen sowie Abwicklung von Projekten

IHR PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel sowie gängigen Buchhaltungssystemen
- Organisationstalent mit viel Engagement, Flexibilität und Genauigkeit
- Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
