Intern/ Working Student UX/UI Design

Responsibilities:
- Support design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate
- Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems
- Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
- Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You will discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together
- Act as a graphic designer. For our social media channels, meetups, etc. you will design and prepare various assets
Requirements:
We are looking for people with curious, competitive, and highly energetic ambitions.
- You know the in ́s and out ́s of the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.). But you also don't shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Focus on pixel perfection. You sweat the details to ensure that you and the team deliver remarkable products, on time and on budget
- Your great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
- You have a peoplefocused design mentality. Whether through handson user research or by designing options for an A/B test
- Fluent English skills complete your profile
