Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for operation of web-based information management and collaboration platforms, especially Doxis (SER).
Responsible for technical analysis, specification, documentation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Web Application middleware.
Coordinate and configure IT infrastructure services needed to provide comprehensive platform services for web applications.
Interact with colleagues to resolve cross-functional and project issues.
Coordinate changes to web application middleware and web applications according to defined processes.
Incident and problem management, as part of second/third level support.
Proactively identify system or process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Relevant professional qualification or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or comparable field).
Specialized technical knowledge in Web application technology and Web server environments.
Knowledge in operating web-based information management and collaboration platforms.
Experience with script languages (e.g., Windows PowerShell).
Understanding of Azure Cloud and Docker/Kubernetes.
Proficiency in English and German language.
Focus on customer needs and results.
Excellent team communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving skills and high flexibility.
