Software Project Manager (w/m/d)


Aufgaben
  • Koordination von interdisziplinären Projekt-Teams, u.a. für die Entwicklung von Software für Analysesysteme einschließlich Integration und Verifizierung
  • Planung und Steuerung von Software-Entwicklungsprojekten im Hochtechnologieumfeld nach klassischem und agilem Prozess
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Software-Plattformen und neuen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Begleiten von Entwicklungsprojekten von der Konzeptphase bis zum Life-Cycle-Management
  • Koordination und Überwachung von externen Entwicklungspartnern im In- und Ausland
  • Entwickeln einer Software Projekt Roadmap in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Program Management
  • Sicherstellen der Konformität mit Anforderungen in einem regulierten Umfeld (z.B. Medizinprodukt, In-vitro Diagnostika, GAMP 5)
  • Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, auch aus den Bereichen Applikation, Product Management, Quality, Service
  • Kontinuierliches Projekt-Controlling in Verbindung mit Finance und Program Management, einschließlich Reporting

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Klarer und transparenter Kommunikationsstil, um die verschiedenen Stakeholder adäquat zu informieren
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kreativität und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in komplexe Projekte
  • Spaß an interaktiven Arbeiten und dem Mitgestalten in abteilungsübergreifenden Teams
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, Kenntnisse bzgl. Requirement Engineering und agilen Methoden sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagement im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
