• Professional and organizational management of the nursing area in support of the nursing management
• Ensuring a high quality of care and support for the residents
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of nursing
• Adherence to staff deployment, restructuring in case of absences due to illness, etc.
• Responsibility and participation in the implementation of nursing processes

• Completed training as a nursing professional (m/w/d)
• Leadership-related further training of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
• Knowledge of quality management and handling of legal frameworks in nursing
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
• Good IT skills
