Category Lead - Möbel Einkauf (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Zielerreichung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktsortiments
  • Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung eines Teams von Einkäufer:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen in der Produktkategorie
  • Pflege und Ausbau von exzellenten Lieferantenbeziehungen, um qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu wettbewerbsfähigen Konditionen zu sichern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie Stakeholder:innen aus unserer Unternehmensgruppe
  • Überwachung und Analyse von relevanten Kennzahlen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen in deiner Kategorie
  • Vertretung von home24 bei verschiedenen Partnern sowie auf Messen und Veranstaltungen der Home & Living Branche
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Einkauf, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Category Management oder Business Development, idealerweise in der Möbel- oder Einrichtungsbranche
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und zu inspirieren
  • Gute Kenntnisse über den Möbelmarkt und dessen Hersteller und Lieferanten sowie ein starkes Verständnis für Produkttrends
  • Exzellente Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
  • Analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
