Seit unserer Gründung konnten von Rigeto beratene Investoren bereits über € 300 Mio. in über 40 Transaktionen investieren. Meist in der Rolle des Mehrheitsgesellschafters sind wir sowohl in Nachfolgesituationen, in der Wachstumsfinanzierung als auch in der strategischen Neuausrichtung ein erfahrener Partner.
Wir verfolgen dabei einen "Hands-on"-Ansatz und unterstützen die Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer Wachstumsstrategie. Dazu zählen z.B. der Auf
- und Ausbau von Vertriebsstrukturen, die Entwicklung von neuen Produkten und Dienstleistungen, die Skalierung und Professionalisierung der Unternehmensorganisation sowie die Erweiterung von Management-Teams. Ferner begleiten wir aktiv die Umsetzung von "Buy-and-build"-Strategien zum beschleunigten Wachstum und zur Industriekonsolidierung.
Wir sind kein Fonds und daher sehr flexibel in der Auswahl unserer Beteiligungen, haben keine vorgegebenen Anlagekriterien oder Haltedauern. In der Betreuung unserer Beteiligungen können wir bei Bedarf aktiv und operativ agieren.
Wir suchen einen Investment Associate, der aktiv alle Phasen einer Transaktion, von der Identifikation und Anbahnung über die Due Diligence, die Deal Umsetzung, die Betreuung der Portfoliounternehmen bis hin zum Exit mitgestaltet.
**Die Aufgaben im Einzelnen**:
- Bewertung von Unternehmen, Erarbeitung von Finanzmodellen und Vorbereitung von Investitionsanträgen inkl. deren Präsentation im Investment Team
- Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Projekten durch die Erstellung von Markt-und Wettbewerbsanalysen, die Analyse von Unternehmensplänen, Plan-GuV und Plan-Bilanzen sowie durch die Steuerung externer Dienstleister in allen Due Diligence Aufgabenbereichen
- Unterstützung in der Verhandlungsphase, Erarbeitung der Transaktionsstrukturen sowie begleitenden Akquisitionsfinanzierung
- Aktive Mitarbeit sowie schrittweise Übernahme der Teilverantwortung in der Erarbeitung und Begleitung von Wertsteigerungs
- und Expansionsplänen (inkl. Add-on Akquisitionen) für die Portfoliogesellschaften, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Exits
**Das Idealprofil**:
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts
- und/oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (Master/Diplom, MBA)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in einer führenden internationalen Investmentbank, M&A Boutique oder in einer Top-Managementberatung, im Transaktions
- bzw. und/oder im Private Equity-Umfeld
- Business Judgement in Kombination mit sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten und einer hohen Ergebnisorientierung
- Eigeninitiative Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, eigene Sichtweisen zu entwickeln, zu formulieren und in internen sowie externen Diskussionen einzubringen
- Höchste soziale Kompetenz, "hands-on" Mentalität und Bescheidenheit, sowohl im Umgang mit externen Beratern als auch im mittelständischen Unternehmensumfeld
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und internationale Erfahrung
