Die Position wird an unserem Standort Wetzlar - Abbott Medical GmbH im Bereich Vascular besetzt. Abbott Vascular bietet innovative, minimal-invasive Produkte zur Behandlung von Gefäßerkrankungen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Betreuung des bestehenden Produktportfolios und dessen Weiterentwicklung über den gesamten Produkt-Lebenszyklus – vom Launch zum Phaseout Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Implementierung von lokalen Marketingstrategien – und Taktiken in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern – unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Marketingkanäle Markt- und Datenanalyse, Identifikation von Produkt- und Industrietrends, Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Steuerung der Bedarfs- und Planungsprognosen Anpassung der globalen/EMEA Strategien auf lokale Marktbedürfnisse, Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und lokalen cross-funktionalen Projektteams Koordination (Briefing und Steuerung) von externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern Als Produktexperte im direkten Austausch mit Anwendern und Key-Opinion-Leadern, u.a. im Rahmen von Projekten, Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen, nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und Advisory Boards "Übersetzung" von klinischen Daten, Vorteilen, Funktionen und Nutzen im medizinischen Kontext in eine überzeugende Vorteilskommunikation entlang der Customer Journey In Zusammenarbeit mit der Trainingsabteilung bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von produktspezifischen Trainings für das Vertriebsteam auf einer fortlaufenden Basis und Expertentrainings im Rahmen des OnboardingsIhre Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, möglichst mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Berufserfahrung als Produkt- oder Marketingmanager, idealerweise eines Healthcare-Unternehmens oder Werbeagentur mit Schwerpunkt Healthcare Hohe Affinität zum Omnichannel Marketing und breite Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen digitalen Kanälen und Marketing-Automation Präsentations- und Methodenkompetenz, individuelle Konzeptionsstärke sowie Erfahrung im komplexen Projektmanagement Kommunikationsstärke und analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit Teamgeist und einer positiven Einstellung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ca. 15% ReisebereitschaftHaben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
