Job Title: Social Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

Full-time position (38.5 hours/week)

Location: External Group Homes and Supported Independent Living

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting residents based on their needs, development, and resources
• Guiding daily structure, coping strategies, lifestyle design, and practical training
• Motivating and assisting participation in social activities
• Building relationships with family members and networking
• Home visits for supported independent living
• Participating in the development of the area with a focus on inclusion
• Reporting: Preparing and attending internal meetings and formulating resulting action plans, computer-based documentation

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work
• Motivation to work with individuals with mental health challenges
• Reliability, resilience, self-reflection, transparency
• Life skills and ability to provide guidance
• Willingness to learn and interest in our approach
• Strong communication skills
• Alignment with our organization's values
