Stellenbeschreibung
Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams Gemeinsam bauen wir unsere neue vollautomatisierte 300 mm Halbleiterfertigung in Dresden weiter aus. Als Ingenieur/Ingenieurin APC (FDC) betreuen Sie Prozesse und Anlagen und richten dabei den Fokus auf die Erstellung/Pflege von FDC-Kontrollalgorithmen anhand Modellbildung aus Tool- und Messdaten zur Verbesserung der Prozessstabilität, der Maschinenverfügbarkeit und des Medienverbrauchs. Sie analysieren und lösen Produktions- und Prozessprobleme und erstellen Auswertungen und Korrelationen von Daten zur Steigerung der Prozessqualität und der Ausbeute. Dabei setzen Sie die Bosch Anforderungen der Prozessstabilität mittels SPC, FDC und R2R um. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bereichsspezifische Projekte zur Prozessflexibilisierung und Kostensenkung. Sie koordinieren den kontinuierlichen Betrieb der Prozesssteuerungs-Software und sind für die Durchführung von Freigabeprozessen verantwortlich. Sie wirken bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Analysemethoden aus Data-Science und KI sowie Prozessregelungsverfahren mit. Sie sind beteiligt an Technologie-/Methodentransfers und führen Schulungen durch.Qualifikationen
Ausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Master) in Halbleitertechnologie, Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft oder vergleichbarem Studiengang Erfahrungen und Know-how: Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Halbleiterfertigung, Prozesssteuerung (SPC, APC) und automatisiertes Abweichungsmanagement; Kenntnissen im Bereich der Anlagenkommunikation (SECS/GEM, EDA, OPC_UA und TCP IP) und industrieller Netzwerkprotokolle sowie in Datenanalyse und Datenverarbeitung mit modernen Data Science Methoden; Erfahrungen in Scripting und Programmierung sind von Vorteil Qualifikation: Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Problemlösungstechniken sowie Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, Lean Six Sigma und andere; Anwendungssicherheit mit Office-Applikationen Persönlichkeit: teamfähig, flexibel, motiviert, belastbar und kommunikationsstark Arbeitsweise: selbständig, eigenverantwortlich, ergebnis- und qualitätsorientiert sowie in hohem Maße zuverlässig Begeisterung: bereichsübergreifendes Denken sowie Interesse an der Leading Edge Automotive Technologie Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftZusätzliche Informationen
