Duration and Process

Your apprenticeship lasts for three years. Upon successful completion, you will be a qualified retail merchant with an additional certification as a certified Fresh Specialist (IHK). Pretty cool, right?

This title signifies your comprehensive advisory and sales expertise in fresh and service-oriented food sectors. Throughout the training period, you will engage in diverse tasks and exclusive development programs to boost your success even further.

Aside from vocational school, you will attend exclusive seminars unique to EDEKA. These sessions cover topics such as product knowledge and sales training, providing a solid exam preparation foundation.
