About the Job: We are looking for someone to join our team for the project 'High-Quality Hybrid and Innovative Teaching at Rosenheim University (HigHRoQ).' This position involves working on innovative, digitally supported teaching formats on a temporary, part-time basis. Reference code: HL-HigHRoQ

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing pedagogical support for digitally supported teaching and learning innovations
• Contributing to the integration of pilot teaching formats
• Assisting in academic communication and funding applications
• Collaborating on project coordination and communication with sponsors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge and preferably experience in digitally supported teaching
• Experience in empirical teaching research (optional but advantageous)
• Curiosity and affinity for AI, innovative technologies, and sustainable teaching innovations
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and creative skills
• Ability to work agilely in distributed teams with a service-oriented approach
• Flexibility, independence, strong communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills
