Wir verstärken unser Team zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mit eine/r/ Market Development Engineer – Power Supply (Electronics) (w/m/d) in Vollzeit

Du wirst Teil des IP&E-Teams für Zentraleuropa und hast tägliche Berührungspunkte mit den Bereichen Anwendungstechnik, Vertrieb und Supply-Chain. Du wirst regional reisen, um Geschäftspartner zu treffen und komplexe Power Supply Anwendungen zu steuern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren FAE-Sales Team und den Account Managern im Außendienst, um die Anzahl der Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu maximieren.
  • Die Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen AC/DC-, DC/DC- und Wechselrichter-Stromversorgungen und komplexen Value-Add Lösungen aus unserem Portfolio von Weltklasse-Stromversorgungsherstellern und unserem eigenen Stromversorgungs-Design-Center
  • Lieferantenmanagement zur Verbesserung der Projekte für Arrow in der entsprechenden Region
  • Verwaltung deiner Salesprojekt-Pipeline von der Initiative bis hin zu Abschluss
  • Vorschläge für optimale technisch-kommerzielle Stromversorgungslösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Präsentation und Repräsentation der Arrow Power Group.
  • Unterstützung und Schulung unserer Vertriebsmitarbeiter in technischen Fragen
  • Steigerung der Buchungen, des Umsatzes, des Gewinns und der Design Wins in der Region im Einklang mit den monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Zielen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technologisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Elektronikindustrie, idealerweise im Bereich Stromversorgung
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Stromversorgungsmarktes
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgezeichnete Verhandlungsfähigkeit
  • Aufgeschlossenheit und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Motivation, Ehrgeiz und Widerstandsfähigkeit
