Deine Aufgaben
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, remote und/oder optional vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Kunden und unserer Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Behebung der Anfragen und Probleme im Rahmen des 2nd + 3rd Level Supports
  • Technische Voranalyse, Identifizierung und Priorisierung der Probleme
  • Bearbeitung von Kundentickets sowie Dokumentation aller Anfragen im Ticketsystem
  • Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Qualitätssicherung unserer Software
  • Telefonische Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der Bürozeiten
Dein Profil
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker), gerne auch motivierte Quereinsteiger aus ähnlichen Berufen mit Interesse und Begeisterung für den IT-Kundenservice
  • Gute Fachkenntnisse in mind. einer Datenbank (z. B. Oracle, SQL oder SQLite)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Linux wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im Kundenservice von Vorteil, ebenso im Bereich IT-Installationen
  • Interesse an Automotive-Themen
  • Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten
