La plupart des soft drinks ont un goût délicieux mais ne sont pas bonnes pour la santé. Chez HOLY, nous changeons cela Nous voulons réveiller l'industrie des boissons en combinant enfin un goût délicieux avec une vraie fonctionnalité & durabilité.

Pour commencer, nous nous attaquons au bad guy des soft drinks : la boisson énergisante Et le plus cool ? La HOLY Squad adore ce produit. Depuis notre lancement en mai 2021, nous avons déjà vendu plus de boissons et avons reçu 2,000+ évaluations 5 étoiles sur Trustpilot.

Mais ce n'est que le début Financés par l'investisseur fondateur de Gorillas, Atlantic Food Labs, nous voulons réinventer toutes nos boissons gazeuses bien-aimées au cours des prochaines années. Pour y parvenir, nous avons besoin de collègues formidables comme TOI Alors qu'est-ce que tu attends?

Tâches

Nous sommes une startup early-stage avec une hiérarchie plate et de nombreuses tâches passionnantes à accomplir. Dans ton rôle, tu va vivre notre influencer marketing de A à Z:

- Sélection des créateurs: Tu identifies les créateurs appropriés pour HOLY sur différentes plateformes (notamment Twitch, YouTube, Instagram et TikTok) et dans différents domaines du gaming & de l'esport.
- Contact & communication: Tu es la première personne de contact pour les partenaires potentiels, tu les inspires pour nos produits et tu es toujours à l'écoute de leurs questions et de leurs problèmes.
- Opérations & gestion de projet: Tu assures la planification et la mise-en-œuvre de campagnes réussies et tu évalues leur succès. Tu gères notre base de données, tu rédiges des briefings créatifs pour les grands créateurs et tu donnes un coup de main pour l'emballage des colis de temps en temps.
- Stratégie Influencer Marketing: Tu travailles directement dans une équipe avec l'un de nos trois fondateurs et tu peux jouer un rôle important dans l'élaboration de nos processus, de notre stratégie et de notre expansion en matière d'influencer marketing.

Exigences

L'essentiel est que tu sois motivé(e) pour prendre de vraies responsabilités, que tu sois à l'aise avec différents types de personnes. De plus, il serait utile que tu répondes aux critères suivants:

- BAC +3/5 NRC Digital / commercial / communication
- Bénéficiant d'une première expérience en relation clients et/ou community managment, tu es doté(e) d'un tempérament commercial, et d'un véritable sens de la relation client. Tu es très motivé(e) par ce poste et tu as les capacités de t'intégrer dans une équipe performante et motivée.
- Maitrise de la langue Francaise
- Bonne connaissance des outils du Pack Office
- Goût du service. Rigueur logique
- Attrait pour les réseaux sociaux
- Fort esprit d'équipe
- La connaissance d'une langue étrangère (anglais ou allemand) est un plus.
