Aufgaben
- Eintauchen ins Recruiting: Sammle praktische Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Bereichen des Recruitings und unterstütze uns bei spannenden Projekten.
- Employer Branding: Werde zum Botschafter: in unserer Arbeitgebermarke und gestalte mit, wie potenzielle Bewerber: innen quantilope wahrnehmen.
- Kommunikationstalent: Bau Beziehungen zu Kandidat: innen auf, koordiniere Vorstellungsgespräche und begleite sie durch unseren Bewerbungsprozess.
- Verantwortung übernehmen: Nach einer Einarbeitungsphase führst du eigenständig Interviews, erstellst aussagekräftige Kandidatenprofile und teilst wertvolles Feedback mit unserem Hiring Team.
- People & Culture Projekte: Arbeite an abwechslungsreichen Projekten innerhalb unseres gesamten People & Culture Teams und lerne verschiedene HR-Bereiche kennen.

Qualifikation
- Student: in: Du bist aktuell in einem für die Stelle relevanten Studiengang eingeschrieben (z.B. BWL, Personalmanagement, Psychologie).
- Begeisterung für Menschen: Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und interessierst dich dafür, was sie antreibt.
- Organisationstalent & Genauigkeit: Du behältst den Überblick, auch wenn mehrere Aufgaben anstehen, kannst eigenständig Prioritäten setzen und arbeitest sorgfältig.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du drückst dich mündlich und schriftlich sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch aus.
- Lernbereitschaft: Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen in der Talent Acquisition sammeln und Teil eines dynamischen und internationalen Teams sein.
- Standort: Du wohnst in Hamburg oder Umgebung, da gelegentliche Anwesenheit in unserem Hamburger Büro erforderlich ist.
