Aktuell befindet sich die Neumann Kaffee Gruppe in einem weltweiten digitalen Transformationsprozess in welchem MS Dynamics 365 F&O eingeführt wird. Mit Gestaltungsspielraum bauen Sie als Reporting Manager (m/w/d) eine neue Reportinglandschaft auf und bilden damit einen zentralen Stellenwert für den unternehmensweiten Erfolg.

Aufgaben
  • Sie verantworten die unternehmensweite Implementierung eines umfassenden MS Dynamics-integrierten Reporting-Systems auf Basis von Fabric
  • Sie entwickeln und überwachen die strategische Ausrichtung der Reportinglandschaft unter Einbeziehung funktionsübergreifender Teams
  • Sie erhöhen die Reporting- und Datenqualität durch die Implementierung von Leitfäden und Best Practices
  • Sie identifizieren Risiken in Testverfahren und -prozessen und implementieren auf Basis dessen Verbesserung zur Sicherstellung eines optimalen Prozesses
Profil
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Aufbau von Berichtsstrukturen und waren idealerweise bereits im Bereich Reportingmanagement tätig
  • Sie bringen ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für verschiedene Reportingtools und -prozesse mit und hatten bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Fabrics
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und begeistern sich für die Identifizierung und Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und Erfahrung in der Arbeit im internationalen Kontext mit
