Technical Project Leader of High Voltage Inverter

You are part of the Engineering Global Inverter Team - EGI which is in charge of the development of the Auxiliary Inverter and these are used for example for eFAN Systems.

The EGI Team is responsible for leading and coordinating the needed R&D activities to ensure a proper development of all areas Hardware, Software and Mechanics.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Leader (f/m/d) of High Voltage Inverter Development
  • Main contact person in front of the customer, supplier and internal departments in terms of technical topics.
  • Responsible for the project from the concept phase till the series later on. Development processes for Hardware / Software according to ASPICE
  • Analyses, planning and tracing of customer requirements (Requirement Management)
  • Analyses and realization of customer specific functional safety and product safety in cooperation with the internal experts.
  • Analyses and realization of customer specific cyber security requirements in cooperation with the internal experts.
  • Coordination, planning and tracing of the development topics with internal and external reference person globally
  • Close cooperation with the program management, sales, manufacturing and purchasing for example.

Job Requirements / Work Experience / Skills:

  • Engineering degree or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in requirement engineering (for example with Polarion) beneficial
  • Professional experience in Software / Hardware
- and System-Development for automotive High Voltage components beneficial.

  • Experience with ASPICE processes and usage of Jira beneficial.
  • Knowledge about ISO 26262 beneficial.
  • Fluent German and English language skills in written and spoken
  • Time management skills and multitasking capabilities
  • Teamoriented and good interpersonal skills, ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
  • Willingness to travel
