Your targeted destination
  • Responsible for timely recording and prioritizing IT incident reports
  • Creating detailed reports on incidents, post-mortem analyses, trend analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the incident management process along with their documentation
  • Coordinating globally operating service teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and resolving incidents in line with established service level agreements
  • Initiating continuous improvements based on KPIs and customer feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes
  • Communication and information management, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource utilization
Your background
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Knowledge in process-driven incident resolution
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-site teams
  • Excellent English and good German language skills, as well as proficiency in modern workplace technologies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders
