**Stellenbeschreibung** Werde Teil der Wärmewende**
Die Wärmewende braucht Daten: Daten aus neuen Quellen, in unterschiedlichen Modellen, aus komplexen Analysen - gut verständlich und leicht erreichbar.
Unser Arbeitsumfeld ist daher geprägt von einem hoch integrierten, modernen Daten-Technologie Stack (MS Azure Cloud, Databricks, AKS, O365) und einem dynamischen, funktionsübergreifenden, agilen Team-Setup. Wir sind Systemeigner der zentralen Datenprodukte (Applikationen) rund um die Themenfelder Reporting (DWH, BI), Sharing (Datawarehouse, Data Lake, Data Marketplace) und Analytics (AI, ML, LLM) energietechnischer Daten und arbeiten in verschiedenen SCRUM-Teams sehr eng mit unserer internen IT-Abteilung und externen Dienstleistungsunternehmen zusammen.
Für die **BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme AG** suchen wir dich **zum **nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt** als **Senior Product Owner Heat Data Platform (HDP)** am Standort **Berlin** **in** **unbefristeter** Anstellung**.
**Deine Aufgaben**
Als Senior Product Owner HDP bist du verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen Datasharing Produkte. Dabei arbeitest du sehr eng mit den Entwicklern aus unserer internen IT und dem Business Data Architect in unserem Team zusammen. Gemeinsam entwickelst du eine Produktvision für ein zukunftsfähiges DWH/DataLake/DataMarketplace - Produkt.
Du trägst dabei Sorge für Termine, Kosten und Qualität.
Du betreibst aktives Stakeholdermanagement und stellst einen kontinuierlichen Zufluss an Anforderungen für das Backlog in deinem Produkt sicher. Dabei förderst du eine kollaborative Arbeitsumgebung und stellst sicher, dass alle Abteilungen/Bereiche informiert und eingebunden sind. Basierend auf unserem Regelwerk unterstützt du sie bei der Integration neuer Datenquellen aus verschiedenen Datendomänen (HR, SAP, H&S, etc.). Dabei stellst du jederzeit sicher, dass die Anforderung klar und umsetzbar sind.
Du stehst jederzeit als fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für unser Analytics&AI Team zur Verfügung. Du unterstützt dieses bei der Umsetzung von Datenanforderungen zur Bearbeitung eigener Fragestellungen.
Mit deiner Erfahrung und Begeisterung für kreative Lösungsansätze in Prozess
- und Produktfragen und deiner Problemlösungskompetenz gestaltest du maßgeblich unsere Digitalisierungsstrategie im Datenumfeld der Erzeugung und Verteilung von Energie (Strom/Wärme/Kälte) mit.
Du berichtest direkt an den Leiter Asset Information Management und hast bei deiner jeweiligen Aufgabenstellung eine Projektleiterfunktion.
**Deine Hauptaktivitäten**
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung des agilen DataSharing-Produktes "Heat Data Platform".
- Du definierst die technische und fachliche Roadmap, entwickelst die Produktvision und kommunizierst diese offen und transparent ins Business.
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle geltenden Sicherheits
- und Datenschutzstandards eingehalten werden.
- Du planst regelmäßige Termine mit deinen Stakeholdern, übersetzt deren Anforderungen ins Backlog und priorisierst diese in den korrespondierenden Sprintplanungen.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Scrummaster trägst du die Verantwortung für die organisatorische Planung des Produktes (Ceremony Day, Reviews, Restrospektive, etc.) und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der angewendeten Prozesse und Methoden.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Entwicklungsteam sorgst du für die Modellierung und Umsetzung der notwendigen Fachkonzepte (Requirements-Engineering) zur Anbindung neuer Datenquellen.
**Qualifikationen** Dein Profil**
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul-/Fachhochschulstudium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine über langjährige Erfahrung vergleichbare Qualifikation.
