We are looking for a
Business Resilience Specialist / Working Student in our Governance, Risk & Compliance team **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

We are offering a 6-months fixed term contract for this position.

Your mission:

  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and management of strategies and processes to ensure the company's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events;
  • Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders (both in our HQ in Berlin but also in other regions across 70+ markets) in order to understand and document currently existing business resilience processes and prepare an uptodate database of our internal processes and practices in this area.

Your heroic skills:

  • We are open to hire either an entrylevel Specialist or Working Student, depending on your experience and current situation (for the Working Student role you have to be actively enrolled at a university in Germany);
  • A bachelor's degree (or being an active student) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus;
  • Interest to grow within the area of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management concepts and practices;
  • Basic understanding of Project Management principles; ability to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business resilience projects;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with broad range of stakeholders, document processes, and create reports;
  • Excellent selforganization and independence, a high level of commitment, discretion, and a "handson" mentality;
  • You are a friendly team player, a quick learner and follow up on your tasks effectively.
